well i went to the dr again tuesday... i have made a lil more progress, i am almost 4 cm dilated and now 70% effaced. the doctor feels good about whenever lucas comes, that he should be pretty healthy. if i had any steady contractions to go with all this progress, dr adcock said i'd be having this baby! BUT no contractions, none that are steady enough to time anyways, just a few here and there. i'm still off work, and i am thankful to have the time to rest some before lucas gets here. however, my short term disability pay is not 100% of what i would be making at work, so i am trying not to stess about the income i am missing out on. i know god is faithful and will provide EVERYTHING we need, now and in the days to come! so i guess lucas could be here any day now, or as the dr reminded me... he can't help me by inducing til i'm 39 weeks so i maybe pregnant another few weeks. who knows!?! i really doubt i'll go that long, but hey, lucas will come when he's good and ready! to end on a happy note, i did get to go to my baby shower last sunday, which was so fun! thanks to aunt minda for hosting it, and shannon and rach for helping her, and meme and bitsy too for everything. and all my other family and friends, you're the best! here are a few pics of the goodies! oh, and i have another dr appt next tuesday.... if i haven't had lucas by then i'll be sure to let ya'll know what they say!
